Synopsis

Two childhood friends, Ashish and Pascal, see each other for the last time before the first leaves for France to continue his studies. This last and long night of encounters and exchanges exposes their friendship, their thoughts and hopes, but also their disappointments and fragility.

Gopalen Parthiben CHELLAPERMAL a professional Mauritian director. He has scripted Bisanvil (Audience Award at Amiens Film Festival in 2005 and Jury Prize at Reunion in 2006), short film directed by David Constantin. After directing his debut short (Ruz in 2009) and documentaries, including Les Mo’zars de Roche Bois (Documentary Prize at ‘Fe Net Océan Indien’, FIFAI, Reunion), he directed Daïnes. He has also directed the documentary Philippe Thomas, le jazz du bout des lèvres.
